All firearm transfers require a Tennessee Instant Check System (TICS) background check where applicable. The TICS fee is charged prior to processing and applies to firearms acquired and transferred at the same time.

Transfer services include receiving, inventory processing, and transfer to the purchaser following completion of applicable background check requirements.
